SINGLE DETACHED HOUSE UNITS
A single-detached home is a free-standing residential unit that does not share an inside wall with any other house. It has outside walls and does not touch any other house units. The distance between the houses are wider as compared to the single-attached units.
Single detached houses can be 1-storey, 2-storey or even 3-storey. Bungalow house is usually associated with with one-storey single detached or single attached house units.
Most single detached are complete or semi-complete type. House expansion is available with the approval of the developer. You can expand in any side or choose a bigger lot area.
The price varies based on lot size, floor area, location, number of rooms, house type whether semi-complete or complete type and whether ready for occupancy or in its pre-selling stage. Usually house units with bigger lot size, floor area and more rooms have higher prices. Regular end/corner units have higher prices than regular inner units. House units within the main road have higher prices than those in the secondary roads within the subdivision. House units nearer Metro Manila have higher prices compared to those in farther locations. Semi-complete type units are much cheaper than complete types. House units in its pre-selling stage are much cheaper than the ready for occupancy units.
